What Are the Three Phases of the 'Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033?

Phase 1

The first phase is to enhance wellbeing at an individual level, with development plans that prioritise people's stability, happiness and overall quality of life.

This objective aims to elevate individual wellbeing and improve physical health through two key aspects. The first aspect focuses on mental and physical health as well as the economic environment. The second aspect addresses social and psychological wellbeing, encompassing components such as: education, employment, work conditions and safety and security.

Phase 2

The second phase of the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy emphasises on community wellbeing.

It seeks to improve individual lives within the context of a vibrant community by enhancing emotional health and fostering a unified society. This goal is centered on instilling pride in cultural identity, preserving Emirati heritage and values and celebrating Dubai's accomplishments.

Phase 3

The third phase of the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy is to enhance wellbeing across the entire city. It strongly aligns with the vision of making the city a pedestrian-friendly place that is easily accessible to all.

This goal focuses on creating an exceptional urban experience for residents, nationals and visitors. The vision includes a city with accessible beaches, vast open spaces, recreational squares and parks, promoting a healthy environment for everyone.
